  学校每学期都会组织至少一次的紧急疏散演练,这是为了防止灾难真正来临时,我们会像一群惊慌失措的小鸡一样乱跑乱叫。

  “呜——呜——”以前,每当警报响起时,我们都会嬉笑着冲出教室,排成一列不成样的队伍,边笑着说话边漫不经心地跑着——嘿,你见过这么“坦然乐观”的逃生队伍吗?对于这样的演练,以前的'我们总会抱着一种无所谓的态度——都说常熟是个好地方,好山好水、鱼米之乡、江南福地……地震似乎离我们很遥远,这演练对于我们来说可有可无,就当玩一场好啦!

  可是,随着年级的增高,这样的想法被渐渐冲淡了,因为“民防”一词不知不觉地印到了我们的脑海中。

  每当看到某地发生地震、火灾导致踩踏事故时,我总会起一身鸡皮疙瘩,要是这样的事情发生在我身边,天哪,简直不堪设想!这些人就是因为平时不重视预防,等到“末日”来临之时就慌了手脚,你推我搡的,不“践踏”才怪呢……

  就在最近一次的紧急疏散演练中,同学们就没有以前那么嬉皮笑脸了。在第一声警报响起时,同学们都按老师的指令,纷纷抱头躲到了桌子下面。大约过了十几秒吧,警报再次响起,大家便以迅雷不及掩耳之势冲到了走廊,排着还算有序的队伍向指定的地点奋力跑去。这条路线班主任老师已经和我们说过很多遍,大家早就牢牢地记在了心里。

  在下楼梯时,老师大声地向我们叫道:“靠楼梯的同学摸着楼梯下楼,靠墙的同学摸着墙走!”大家都很听话地照做,嬉笑声几乎销声匿迹。终于,我们成功地“逃离”了教学楼,来到了空旷的操场上。

  保护人民的生命,采取抗灾救灾措施,防范和减轻灾害危害——这大概就是“民防”的根本目的吧。

  自2009年起,每年5月12日为全国减灾日,它意在提醒国民前事不忘,后事之师,更加重视防灾减灾,努力减少自然灾害。

  本学年,我校继续贯彻落实“中华魂”读书活动,回顾一学年的工作,我们深深感到:发挥“三个”作用,坚持“四个结合”,在活动中寻找差距,调动领导、教师和学生的积极性,是搞好读书活动的根本保证。现将具体做法汇报如下:

  一、发挥“三个作用”,使读书活动成为广大师生的自觉行动。

  一是发挥学校的主导作用。学期初制订了切实可行的活动方案,做到有计划、有措施,中间有检查,学期末有总结。在学习活动中倡导“阅读文化,建设书香校园”的理念,并建立了读书、考核、奖励等三项制度,保证活动的顺利开展。

  二是发挥教师的引导作用。教师是学生读书的引导者和组织者,教师的积极性是学生读好书的关键。我校积极安排有关教师为学生导读。一些青年教师还利用网络与学生一起上网查找资料,拓宽知识面,有的还开通了个人电子信箱,与学生网上交流。为引导学生爱读书,学做人,我校十分重视在读书活动中加强师德建设,要求教师为人师表,以身作则,以高尚的人格魅力为学生树立道德风范。在教师中开展了“两爱、三心、四个一”活动,即:爱事业、爱学生;具有责任心、事业心、进取心;在与学生沟通时给学生一个微笑,在学生犯错误时给学生一点宽容,在学生遇到问题时给学生一些理解,对后进生和特困生多给一份关爱。我们提出“铸就中华魂,塑造世纪人”的工作目标并孜孜不倦地为之努力。在教师的影响下,学生们讲理想,讲道德,严守纪律,刻苦学习的良好校风正在形成。

  三是发挥学生的主体作用。开展“中华魂”读书活动,学生是主体,必须充分调动学生的积极性、主动性、创造性。我们组织读书活动时提出了“三个放手”,即:放手让学生参与活动的策划;放手让学生在活动中唱主角;放手让学生参与总结。学生们解放思想,自主创新,围绕今年的“中华魂”主题教育活动主题,提出了许多有益的活动意见,很受同学们的欢迎。

  二、坚持“四个结合”,把读书活动作为德育教育的有效载体。

  一是读书活动与课堂教学相结合。课堂不仅是传授科学文化知识的阵地,也是德育教育的重要渠道。课堂教学融入读书活动内容,增强了学生动力,启发学生思维,培养了学生的创新能力、竞争意识和健康的心理状态,师生互动,既提高了教学质量,又提升了学生素质。

  二、是读书活动与道德养成教育相结合。我校围绕以八大习惯养成教育为核心的德育工作目标,把读书活动与道德养成教育紧密结合,培养学生从我做起,从小事做起,因人施教,循序渐进,持之以恒。

  三、是读书活动与校园文化建设相结合。

  校园文化对学生的身心健康有潜移默化的影响。为了给学生创造良好的读书环境,我校确定了以校园文化建设为突破口,融读书活动、养成教育和校园文化建设于一体的工作目标。激发学生读书兴趣,开阔学生视野,形成了“以读辅德,以读辅智”的教育,使学生的思想道德素质有明显提高。

  劳动一天下来,整个人仿佛都不是自己的了,全身上下都是酸痛的,我以前从来没有这种的体会,在劳动的时候我虽然也是累,但是也是兴奋的,结果回到家里之后也会特别的累特别的痛苦,而第二天都不想起来了,这种感觉让我也是体会到别人劳动是天天在重复,那么其实是更累的,而我一天就有些承受不了,也是让我知道我们平时所吃的东西。

  所用的东西都是别人辛苦劳动而得来的,更是要懂得去珍惜,劳动的果实并不容易获得,我还只是一天的劳动,更何况比这更累的事情,我也是听父母说过,我们的学习自己都是感觉辛苦,但是父母确是也经历过,告诉我学习其实并不是那么的辛苦,长大后就会发现还有更多辛苦的事情,只是我现在还不是那么的.懂得,不过也是知道,劳动的确是不容易,而自己也是以后无论做什么事情,别人给予的,付出的,自己都是要想到这一天的。劳动,要去珍惜。

  同时劳动也是可以锻炼我们的身体,虽然很累,但是过了几天之后我恢复了,却是发现自己的身体更好了,其实也是完全要多去劳动,在家的时候,我也是会帮父母做一些家庭的劳动,并没有那么的辛苦,但是也是可以减少他们的负担,自己还得到锻炼,更加的懂得生活是怎么样的,而不是埋头去读书,那样对于生活也是有很多的不了解。

  而劳动却是让我对家里有了更多的了解,清楚做好一个卫生的工作就不是那么容易的,而父母每天去上班,回来之后还要给我去做饭,打扫一个卫生,他们辛苦,以前我是感觉不那么的深刻,但是此次自己参与了就发现,真的不容易。

  看到自己收拾干净一新的房子,我也是感到有成就感,劳动是会让人感觉到有快乐和满足的,而自己去动手去做的,更是让我是感触到,其实平时自己学习完了,也还是要去多帮助父母做一些劳动,去减少负担的同时,自己也是可以去收获到快乐。劳动同时也是告诉我们去做一个事情,不能是半途而废,像打扫屋子,如果只打扫了一半累了,就不干了,其实和没打扫没有太多的区别,但是坚持了下去,一个房间一个房间的去打扫干净了也是可以看到自己的一个劳动成果,也是会得到肯定的。

  星期五的下午,我们在操场上举行了一场激动人心的心理健康活动,我们班分别参加三项活动,它们是同舟共济、巧翻帆布和长龙竞赛。

  我们先进行第一场比赛是同舟共济,一些软垫摆成一个大的正方形,要求我们都站在这些软垫的上面,然后这个垫子的面积越来越小,不能有一个人出方框。我们刚刚踩在上面的时候很轻松,可是到了后面垫子越来越小,大家也越来越紧张。到最小的时候,我有点慌张了,我们一踩上去,差一点就失败了,最后我抱着冯子淇,踮着脚,其他同学也是这个样子,大家同舟共济相互帮助,踩在仅有的软垫上。最后我们每人得了一张小票过了这一关。

  下面我们进行了第二个游戏:巧翻帆布。这是一个七人游戏,全班同学分成了四组。我们站在一块大布上,要求是站在上面的同学不下地就能把布翻过来。我们挤到一个布的`一个角落,然后贾秀琪把布的一角翻过来,我们再一个个的到布的背面就通过了,虽然我们没得第一名,但是我们得了一个第二名已经很不错了。

  我们要进行第三项活动:长龙竞赛了。规则是大家排成一条纵队,把一个橡胶球放在胸前,把手搭在前面人的肩膀上,听到一吹哨就走。我们女生分了两队,本来我们是打平手,后来抢先了好几步,最后我们队赢得了胜利。

  我感觉这三个游戏都要做到团结、友爱和相互帮助。帮助别人就是帮助自己,队员也要服从队长的命令。我心里感到:“今天下午真愉快!”

  “中华魂”主题读书教育活动是以《走向海洋》系列读本作为教材,开展的教育活动,对广大青少年进行一次关于海洋生物、海洋污染、海洋开发和利用等的教育。

  接到通知后,我校领导非常重视,带头深入研究了本次活动的目的。经过认真的研讨和周密的策划,将《走向海洋》读本的学习和活动融入学校的读书活动中,有序开展,增强了教育实效,学生们在活动中获益匪浅,升华了对海洋的认识,达到了预期效果。现将本次主题读书活动从以下几方面进行总结:

  一、全校师生共同阅读。

  新教育实验的倡导者朱永新教授说:“理想的德育应该重视让学生与书本为友与大师对话,在人类优秀文化遗产中净化自己的灵魂,升华自己的人格。”

  《走向海洋》这本书非常适合用作德育素材,为此,我校正式通知各科教师全员参与学习它,并在精心分析后,选用和自己所教学科相关的素材,进行课程资源链接。

  班主任老师则在学习之后,根据读本主旨设计并实施符合学校实情,具有班级特色的活动计划,将读书教育活动扎扎实实地推进落实,吸引更多的孩子以饱满的热情投入到此次活动中。

  二、广泛开展活动。

  班主任将班会开辟为读书活动阵地。在各位班主任老师的精心策划下,班会形式多样,精彩纷呈,学校真正成了书声琅琅的乐园、才艺比拼的赛场、快乐德育的平台。

  例如一部分班主任每天早晨进行十分钟的集体朗读,学生在多种形式的读中不知不觉受到了感染,了解了海洋。每天积累一条关于海洋的知识,学生用言简意赅、生动形象的语言来表达自己对海洋的认知程度,效果非常好。

  高年级开展了一系列征文、演讲活动和知识竞赛,促使学生将全书内容自学完,再经过各种形式的复现,内化成自己的感悟。学生的读写能力得到了很大幅度的提升。

  三、活动效果

  1、初步培养了学生良好的读书阅读习惯、提升了修养。通过读书活动,使每个学生“读好书,净化心灵,启迪人生”。通过读书反省自我、提升自我。

  2、促进了班级文化建设和班风、学风的进一步转变。通过开展读书活动,班级的文化氛围更加浓厚。课堂记录好转了,午间有事可做了,同学们能静心学习了,日常行为习惯也规范了。

  3、通过读书活动,提高了学生的理解能力、写作能力以及演讲水平。我校四一班学生闫玟还代表我县参加了洛阳市教育局举办的演讲活动。

  在本次“中华魂”的主题教育活动中,我校教育工作者始终牢记自己的神圣使命,充分利用、挖掘《走向海洋》系列读本的教育教学功能,通过主题读书教育活动,师生共同经历了一场精神洗礼,在今后的工作中,我们会在原有的基础上,在县关工委的指导和关爱下,继续把读书活动进一步抓好,为学生的健康成长保驾护航,将此项活动的育人作用发挥到更大更强。总结经验,乘势而上,不断开创我校读书活动的新局面。
