上午关鸿羽教授重点就《教师如何指导家庭教育》进行了全面系统的讲解,有理论,有实例,深入浅出,幽默风趣。他首先将家庭教育中易出现的问题进行了分类,总共分为粗暴型、精神虐待型、期末算总账型、抽风型、超负荷型、保姆型、干扰型、金钱刺激型、放任型、分数第一型、溺爱型、迁就型、攀比型、暴躁型、唠叨型、冷漠型、纯理智型、专制型、期望过高型、过度教育型等等20多种类型,对每一种类型进行分析,并指出改进方向。这对我们指导家庭教育有很大的帮助。之后关教授分别“从家长的行业是教育子女”和“家庭教育是不可替代的教育”两个方面来说明家庭教育专业性与重要性。家庭教育的差别很大,教育孩子不能重来,家庭教育不能摸着石头过河。家庭教育对孩子的影响是终身的,关乎孩子的命运,甚至关系的国民的命运。提出问题后关教授提出了相应的指导方法。
在听到关教授讲国外高中生开新婚指导课后我们都有些吃惊,当听到有的国家在结婚前要求听家庭教育讲座,进行理论学习并要通过考试才能结婚的消息后深感震惊:家庭教育的差距竟然如此之大!分析完国际家庭教育指导情况后关教授提出了“大教育观”的概念。大教育观分为横向和纵向两方面,具体指时间上的终身教育和空间上的学校、家庭、社会的有机结合,大教育观的效果是1+1+1>3。这个概念非常新颖,也能很实际的教育完整的概括起来了。关教授认为要做好家庭教育的指导工作以及做好家庭教育要从以下几个反面入手:一、建立家庭教育研究会,二、建立家庭教育委员会,三、成立家庭教育讲师团,四、给家长开读书活动,汇报会,分享家长自己的教育案例等等。所提出的方法和给出的建议都很实际也很有有意义!下午关教授就有关创新教育的话题做了简单的介绍,也很有教育价值和现实意义。
通过一整天的培训我充分认识到家庭教育自古以来就受到人们的关注,但被作为一种学科进行研究,在我国也就是近年来的事情。这是时代的发展,人才的需求,国民整体素质提高所必须涉及的问题。成立家长学校,目的是要家庭与社会、教育部门共同担负起教育下一代的任务。人的教育是一项系统的教育工程,这里包含着家庭教育、社会教育、集体(托幼园所、学校)教育,三者相互关联且有机地结合在一起,相互影响、相互作用、相互制约,这项教育工程离开哪一项都不可能,但在这项系统工程之中,家庭教育是一切教育的基础。前苏联著名教育学家苏霍姆林斯基曾把儿童比作一块大理石,他说,把这块大理石塑造成一座雕像需要六位雕塑家:

本次家长会,有些细节首先引起了我的注意,一是进入学校方便顺利,说明学校前期跟家长沟通到位,没有造成堵车塞车(毕竟经常听说有些学校一开会就堵成一锅粥);二是教学楼正前方的电子屏发布了“家校共育 滋养童心”标语,既时尚醒目又充分体现了主题;三是整个校园干净整洁,尤其是公共卫生间清新无异味,说明小学生们良好的卫生习惯。注意到这些,我的感觉是新开铺小学既有现代的教学方式,又着力小学生传统习惯培养,同时也注意与家长横向沟通,这是值得肯定的。尤其本次“家校共育 滋养童心”主题家长学校培训,顺应当下教育的重点与难点,既着眼当前,又放眼长远,充分体现了学校在学习成绩与思想品德方面“两手都要抓,两手都要硬”的信心与决心。这也应是学校对天心区教育系统“新三年计划”具体实践与落实。在这里,先代表家长们点个赞。

四、培养孩子的积极进取意识。

五、培养孩子的健康生活意识。
我很欣赏南中高中部操场边的一句标语:“每天锻炼一小时健康工作五十年幸福生活一辈子”。不错,孩子的身体在孩子的成长中显得尤为重要,没有一个好的身体,就没有充沛的精力投入到学习中去,一切都是空谈。记得以前我在一个农村中学求学,每天早上全校是要晨跑几公里路的。前不久新闻报道,3000多名大学生军训,就有近6000人次晕倒。因此,建议学校是否可以采取每天早晨孩子到校后,先晨炼(跑步或体操)至少半小时以上再进教室早读呢?另外在体育课上,是否可增加如中学生广播体操等类型的教学?而不是让学生谁把汗水站出来,谁就可以到树荫下休息那种教学模式!
