  我们班的孩子今年从小班升入中班,我发现他们开始喜欢为群众为同伴做事情,便在班级建立了值日生工作。全班幼儿分成五组轮流进行,每一天由6-7名幼儿共同做当天的值日工作,我主要按幼儿的潜力以及来园的早晚给他们分配值日项目。

  开始时,孩子们对值日生感到十分新鲜和好奇,每一天都高兴地早早来园,用心完成我分配的任务。但是过了不久,我就发现值日生来园总是你早我晚,有时大部分幼儿都来园了,值日生还没到,当我询问原因时,孩子却无所谓地说:“我忘了!”。尽管值日生都能按照我的要求去做,但经常出现做事不认真、坚持不好,需要老师不断地提醒。这时,小朋友的一句话引起了我的思考,有一天,在我正准备安排值日生工作时,郭子豪小朋友说:“老师,这天我不想当卫生员了!”,“为什么”我急切地想明白原因,“这天我想当气象员!”

  培养幼儿的折纸潜力。

  折纸是孩子们喜爱的活动之一。它既能锻炼孩子手的灵活性,发展孩子的目测力、空间想像力和操作潜力,同时还能够构成孩子的几何形体概念。

  教4-5岁的孩子学习折纸,具体的做法是:

  1、做一些色彩鲜艳、形状较大的折纸动物作品让孩子玩。在玩的过程中,让孩子明白它们是纸折成的。

  2、根据孩子爱模仿的特点,成人可让孩子和自己一齐用纸进行简单的折叠,如边对边折、角对角折等。

  5、教孩子折纸时,可采用游戏的口吻。如把正方形的四角向中心折时,说成是“中心妈妈”亲吻“四个宝宝”。孩子在亲切的气氛中不知不觉地学到本领。

  关于谦让。

  一、 幼儿教师要培养终身学习的理念

  我们的生活日新月异,随着社会的不断发展,教育理念也在不断更新。为了适应孩子的求知需求,我们要不断学习,随时补充自己的能量,给自己充电。如果只靠原来在学校学的那点东西,远远不能满足孩子的需求,日积月累就会被社会所淘汰。对孩子也是一件痛苦的事,更是一件不负责任的事。

  过去,我们是领着孩子在学习,现在我们是和孩子一起学习,如果我们不把自己的知识的海洋装满,怎么才能满足孩子那一条条求知欲旺盛的小河?教师的业务素质很重要,现在的教育对幼儿教师的要求很高,琴棋书画,歌舞情乐,只有高素质的人才能更适用这个岗位。所以,我给自己规定,每天至少学习一篇教学方面的文章,每天练练基本功,让自己在幼教领域不至于落后。

  二、 幼儿教师加强道德素质的培养

  培训老师讲到了幼儿教师道德素质的重要性,他说“人才分四种:一是有德有才;二是有德无才;三是无才无德;四是有才无德”为什么有才无德还赶不上无才无德,那是因为有才无德的人更容易对社会造成伤害,是潜在的定时炸弹。所以作为园长在选用教师的时候,先从品德看起。我们幼儿园保育更重要,如果老师没有责任心,品质恶劣是不能更好的照顾幼儿,培养不出好孩子的。才能可以培养,而一个人的品德出了问题是很难纠正和改进的。说道品德,我又想到责任心,幼儿教师没有责任心,是不能很好的照顾幼儿的,保教质量就会下降,何谈更好的教育?所以,这就要求我们遇事多从他人的角度考虑,以诚待人,平时照顾幼儿的时候多注意细节,不让任何潜在的危险伤害到孩子。

  三、 幼儿教师对孩子加强情感教育

  培训老师提到孩子的情感冷漠,我也很赞同。何止是孩子,我们整个社会人与人之间也是这样。网络中、电视上也不断报道一些不可思议的事:七十岁老人在小区晕倒无人敢扶,死在小区地上;好心的摩托车司机扶起被大车撞伤后的妇女反被诬赖为肇事者;大学生儿子用刀刺死自己的'亲生父亲等等等等。事不关己高高挂起,我们的社会公德心出了问题,所以当人家日本八级地震还有条不紊的时候,我们就已经惶惶不可终日了。孩子对身边的人不关心,甚至对自己亲人的爱也当成理所应当,只知道享受而不知道回报。那是我们的教育出了问题,我们的幼儿园孩子就是一张白纸,这就要求我们的老师从这张白纸上画出关心和爱的情感,让孩子们热爱祖国,热爱亲人、热爱生活的心从这里起航。

  四、 幼儿教师培养职业幸福感

  当我们每天每天重复同样的工作的时候,当我们面对不讲道理的家长的时候,当我们面对孩子调皮的软硬不吃的时候,当我们付出努力没有回报的时候,职业倦怠感多多少少都会浮现在心头。可是,作为教师的我们,是离天使最近的人,面对那一张纯真幼稚的脸庞,我们怎么忍心不负责任?我们怎么忍心伤害他们?所以,我们要调整心态正确面对职业倦怠。首先,摆正心态,调整欲望。因为欲望过高当我们达不到的时候总是会烦恼和疲倦,保证一颗平常心,得之我幸不得我命,随遇而安好了。其次,珍惜拥有。我们只所以痛苦那是因为我们只看到失去的,从来没有认真审视过得到的。塞翁失马焉知非福,上帝是公平的,当你的世界也许大雨倾盆的时候,你怎么知道不会现出美丽的彩虹?

  五、 幼儿教师的家园沟通技巧

  本次学习中老师讲的家园沟通的策略也让我懂得了一些沟通技巧,家庭是幼儿园重要的合作伙伴。应本着尊重、平等、合作的原则,争取家长的理解、支持和主动参与,并积极支持、帮助家长提高教育能力。” 幼稚教育是一种很复杂的事情,不是家庭一方面能单独胜任的,也不是幼稚园一方面能单独胜任的,必定要两方面共同合作方能得到充分的功效。沟通是一门学问,也是一门艺术。在与家长的沟通过程中,必须了解家长的心理,需要根据沟通对象不同的情况,以真诚的态度,运用灵活的沟通技巧,采取正式和非正式的多种沟通方式,才能收到好的效果。充满爱心,家园合作,运用多种沟通策略,通过灵活的沟通方式,实现有效的沟通交流,使家园协作更密切,教育环境更和谐,孩子的成长更健康,让沟通成为多赢。与家长的沟通在幼教工作中非常重要,要使沟通更有效,需要我们不断学习、不断摸索、不断总结。

  学前班学生由于年龄小,自控力差,纪律涣散。我从培养幼儿良好的行为习惯入手,课上进行趣味教学,尽量吸引学生的注意力,组织好学生的纪律。利用各种奖励措施激励孩子,及时提醒孩子们做好上课准备工作,并且在课后注意观察学生的行为,根据学生的表现在班里进行榜样教育。在日常学习中,时刻注意调动学生的积极性,学生逐渐养成了认真听课、认真完成作业的习惯。

  礼貌是人们的道德准则,是人与人相处的规矩。礼貌包括两方面的内容:一是礼貌行为,二是礼貌语言。两者结合起来,才能给人一种谦逊文明,恭敬有礼,落落大方的好感。可从一个人说话用词、语调口气、举止态度上,反映出他的道德修养、思想面貌、文化水平、社会身份。礼貌也反映着一个民族的精神状态。因此,礼貌教育要从小抓起,教师要为幼儿创造使用礼貌用语的条件和环境,使孩子从小就会使用礼貌语言,有良好的语言习惯。培养幼儿的礼貌言行要从以下几方面入手:

  教育孩子尊敬长辈、成人。要求幼儿能用礼貌语言主动、热情、大方地打招呼、称呼人,会问早、问好,道别。

  教育孩子当遇到困难需要帮助时会说:“请您帮我……”受到帮助后,会说:“谢谢”。

  教育孩子当自己不注意影响别人时,会主动诚恳地道歉,而当别人影响了自己时,能克制、谅解别人,会说:“没关系,不要紧。”

  其次培养良好的班集体。班集体是培养学生个性的沃土,有了这块沃土,学生的个性才能百花争艳。集体活动,最能培养学生的凝聚力、集体荣誉感。这学期幼儿参加了美术比赛,开放日活动,配合学校工作计划开展形式多样的开放课活动,让家长能及时了解到学生学习情况,这些活动不仅活跃了孩子们的身心还丰富她们的学习生活。

  关心爱护每个学生。作为一名幼儿教师,在对不同类型、不同个性的学生,应该有针对性地进行教育,将培优扶差工作做到最好。在下半学期班里来了5个新学生,他们还不到4周岁,学习基础较弱,为了让她们尽快的融入到这个集体,我利用下课后的时间给他们补课,积极和家长以及李老师老师交流意见,经过一学期的努力他们的进步很大。在班里我平等对待每一位同学,课下我们像朋友的相处,融洽的师生关系,让孩子们能在轻松快乐的环境里好好学习。

  通过新手教师专业发展自我评价体系的学习培训,使我懂得了班级管理建设作为一名教师是必不可少的工作之一。班级管理工作千头万绪,工作方法千差万别。班主任既是班集体的组织者、指导者、又是联系者和参与者。那么,目前作为新教师的我在班级管理工作中还存在不少问题或者困惑。通过培训我把它归纳起来主要集中在以下四个方面:即幼儿常规管理、家长沟通交流、环境材料设计以及班级日常琐事。但就幼儿常规管理来说是由为重要的一点,就对这点我进行剖析,总结其中存在的问题以及相应的对策。

  幼儿常规管理主要指行为习惯的养成和卫生习惯的培养。幼儿期是习惯养成的关键期,这一时期良好习惯的养成将会影响着孩子今后一生的发展。因此我们在日常工作中要重视幼儿各种习惯的养成。在平时,我们经常听到新教师在讨论:自己在孩子面前不如老教师那样有威信,老教师在组织幼儿进行活动时,秩序井然,有收有放;轮到自己的时候很难控制某些较乱的场面,这就是作为新教师的我目前在常规管理上比较困惑的地方。通过学习我寻找了一下出现这些问题的原因所在以及相应的对策。

  问题一:缺乏持久性。惯的养成对幼儿来说不是一朝一夕就能形成的,而是通过长期的、反复的强化才能保持的。但是有些老师在培养孩子习惯的时候就缺乏持久性。(例:根据计划,本阶段生活内容主要是培养小班幼儿良好的用餐习惯,那么新教师会在这一阶段非常重视这方面的培养,而过了这一阶段,就会漫漫淡化这方面的培养,这样做幼儿很难巩固用餐习惯,所以缺乏持久性。)

  问题二:缺乏坚持性。于个别好动的孩子,新教师也想通过一些教育手段来改变他们,使他们能养成良好的行为习惯。但是在经过一段时间的引导后,发现效果并不明显。因此,就放弃了对这些孩子的习惯培养,所以缺乏坚持性。

  问题三:对孩子过于宠爱,以至于孩子对老师提出的要求不会仔细去体会、不会认真去执行。日常生活中我们看到一些新教师非常爱孩子,经常和孩子在一起打成一片。但是有一些老师过于宠爱孩子,什么事都随孩子去,以至于孩子们对老师提出的要求不会仔细去体会,更不会认真去执行。

  那么根据以上出现的.这些问题,我总结出了相应的对策:

  对策一:以身作则、树立榜样。要求幼儿需要养成的各种行为习惯或者卫生习惯,首先自己要做到,才能影响孩子。(比如要培养孩子说话轻轻说的习惯,你自己对孩子也要轻声地说话。孩子们就象一面镜子,你对他轻,他也对你轻;你对他大声说,他当时可能不会说,但过后他回想镜子一样折射到其他孩子身上,也会学你的语气大声地说话。)

  对策二:要求明确、持之以恒。孩子提出的要求,点要小,一次不要太多。而且要把这些要求讲得明白、透彻,让孩子们能够理解。两个搭伴老师之间要经常沟通,要求要统一、一致,不能在同一个事情上你提你的要求,我提我的要求。这样孩子会很茫然,不知听谁的好。而且提出的这些要求是孩子们能够达到的。在日常教育中要经常性地、反复地提醒幼儿,持之以恒。

  对策三:把握角色、收放自如。幼儿当中要把握好自己的角色,既是他们的朋友,又是他们的师长。在孩子们游戏、自由活动时要以朋友的身份参与他们的活动。但是一旦你提出要求,要孩子们达到这些要求的时候,就要以师长的身份去严格要求他们,要做到放得开、收得拢。

  班级管理工作是一项细致而漫长的工作。在这里我借用别人的一句名言告诫自己,年轻智慧是优势,勤学多练是关键。其他几点也同样很重要,在日后的工作还有很多有待我学习的地方,我要加倍努力才能成为一名好教师。
