  提起护士,人们脑海中总会浮现出白衣飘飘、温婉可人的女性形象。影视作品里的护士形象也个个年轻漂亮,高翘的燕尾帽,挺刮的束腰白大褂,洁白的护士鞋,容光焕发,身轻如燕的地穿梭在病房里,美得不得了。人们把护士誉为“白衣天使”,然而“天使”的现实却不像称谓那么美好,有多少人能知道这背后的艰难与辛苦,谁又能真正体会从事护理工作的苦与乐?为此,我有着切身的体验和感受。

  在校的两年时间一晃而过,很快的我们面临了临床实习这项工作,意味着我们要与病人接触,要学会如何处理病情,同时也意味着我们要把我们在校学到的理论知识与护理实践相结合。从20xx年7月我们踏上了实习的工作岗位,实习的那一年,使我们成长了许多,同时也让我们明白了今后我们面临的工作岗位是充满挑战的。2011年6月7日 ,开始了我的工作生涯,到现在我的工作时间已有一年多了,在这一年中,从广福医院到汤溪医院再到中心医院,让我在工作中成长人不少。

  二、加强医疗安全教育,提高法律意识和自我保护意识

  1护患失败的原因

  1.1观念差异是护患沟通的障碍;传统的生物医学模式观念认为医生是上级,护士只是被动执行医嘱进行操作,对护士没有与患者进行交流沟通指导的要求,致使护士缺乏与患者沟通的主动性和自觉性,护士不愿沟通或很勉强进行沟通,甚至怕引起冲突而采取不与患者沟通的消极态度。

  1.2沟通信息的偏差;护士使用方言或较多的专业术语,往往使患者不易理解或产生概念上的误解;在分析病情,评价治疗效果时,过多使用“没事”“肯定会”“不会”等不负责任或模棱两可的话,容易造成患者误解或断章取义,从而影响沟通效果或根本无法沟通。还有护士在工作紧张、繁忙,工作量大时急于求成,与患者沟通时不注重方法,技巧、速度太快,给患者过大的信息量,超过患者的承受力,致使患者难以接受,再有沟通信息认识的差距也是造成护患沟通失败的原因之一,如在进行住院评估时,问到病人的文化程度时,问:“你有文化吗?”“你哪毕业的?”造成患者无法回答,影响沟通结果。
