提起护士，人们脑海中总会浮现出白衣飘飘、温婉可人的女性形象。影视作品里的护士形象也个个年轻漂亮，高翘的燕尾帽，挺刮的束腰白大褂，洁白的护士鞋，容光焕发，身轻如燕的地穿梭在病房里，美得不得了。人们把护士誉为“白衣天使”，然而“天使”的现实却不像称谓那么美好，有多少人能知道这背后的艰难与辛苦，谁又能真正体会从事护理工作的苦与乐?为此，我有着切身的体验和感受。
在校的两年时间一晃而过，很快的我们面临了临床实习这项工作，意味着我们要与病人接触，要学会如何处理病情，同时也意味着我们要把我们在校学到的理论知识与护理实践相结合。从20xx年7月我们踏上了实习的工作岗位，实习的那一年，使我们成长了许多，同时也让我们明白了今后我们面临的工作岗位是充满挑战的。2011年6月7日 ，开始了我的工作生涯，到现在我的工作时间已有一年多了，在这一年中，从广福医院到汤溪医院再到中心医院，让我在工作中成长人不少。

二、加强医疗安全教育，提高法律意识和自我保护意识

逐渐我发现我们班有一个孩子，大家都很听他的。我就想，搞定他就等于搞定所有。于是我故意找他聊天，说他好话，和他套近忽。后来真的是这样，一有同学吵闹,他就会站出来说话,好了好了,别吵了,给点面子。你还别说,真管用。所以那段时候我的午休时间还过的去，没有多大的问题。有很多事情都发生在教室外，为此班主任伤透了脑筋.她每天都来了解情况.我们彼此沟通的很频繁,也因此成了朋友.至今我们见了面都很热情的打招呼,聊天。

1护患失败的原因
1.1观念差异是护患沟通的障碍；传统的生物医学模式观念认为医生是上级，护士只是被动执行医嘱进行操作，对护士没有与患者进行交流沟通指导的要求，致使护士缺乏与患者沟通的主动性和自觉性，护士不愿沟通或很勉强进行沟通，甚至怕引起冲突而采取不与患者沟通的消极态度。
1.2沟通信息的偏差；护士使用方言或较多的专业术语，往往使患者不易理解或产生概念上的误解；在分析病情，评价治疗效果时，过多使用“没事”“肯定会”“不会”等不负责任或模棱两可的话，容易造成患者误解或断章取义，从而影响沟通效果或根本无法沟通。还有护士在工作紧张、繁忙，工作量大时急于求成，与患者沟通时不注重方法，技巧、速度太快，给患者过大的信息量，超过患者的承受力，致使患者难以接受，再有沟通信息认识的差距也是造成护患沟通失败的原因之一，如在进行住院评估时，问到病人的文化程度时，问：“你有文化吗?”“你哪毕业的?”造成患者无法回答，影响沟通结果。
1.3对沟通时机掌握不适宜；护士与患者进行沟通时，不重视对方的想法和反应以及对此的理解程度，只考虑自己能够完成工作，如入院宣教等；沟通内容与日常护理操作相分离，缺乏灵活机动性，甚至在患者病重或病痛不安，难以接受外来信息的情况下，不合时宜地自顾自地进行说话，从而达不到沟通的效果。
