  本人今年担任初一两个班的语文教学,并兼任班主任工作。前阶段通过“三爱教育”学习活动,我深深的认识到师德建设的重要性。

  一、爱事业

  忠诚人民的教育事业,具有奉献精神。教师只有热爱教育,才会热爱学生,才会献身于教育。一名教师,如果不热爱教育事业,是不能担当起教书育人的重任的。热爱教育事业需要的是我们教师实实在在的付出,而不是事事以钱来衡量自己的工作。因此教师只有职业心是不够的,还需要我们把这份对工作的职业心深化为事业心,只有拥有了对事业的一分热爱,才能脚踏实地、默默奉献,对学生负责、对学校负责。

  二、爱学生

  教书育人,诲人不倦。在新课改的冲击下,在教学过程中要求我们与学生共同创造一个民主、平等、和谐的课堂,发挥学生的主体性,充分尊重学生。为此我们更应通过爱去尊重我们的学生。其实,每个学生都拥有自己的天空,在一些我们认为的"坏孩子"身上也有潜能,我们要善于发现,这就需要教师对他们同样倾注一份爱、一份尊重。所以,在新形势的教学环境下,我们教师需要转变原有的质量观、人才观,用全面的眼光来看我们的学生,从内心来热爱每一个学生。

  三、爱自己

  以身作则,做学生的榜样。作为一名合格的教师,除了懂得去爱别人,还要懂得去爱自己。教师的存在就是榜样,我们的行为本身就是一种无声的教育,即所谓的“身教重于言传。”俄国的车尔尼雪夫斯基指出:“教师把学生造成什么人,自己就应是这样的人。”教师在业务知识、能力素质方面要成为学生的榜样。如果学生感到老师"才高八斗、学富五车",肯定会从内心产生佩服感,从而增强了自己对知识的.求知欲,来向老师看齐。我在教育教学过程中,努力提高自身能力、业务水平,严格执行师德规范,有高度的事业心、责任心、爱岗敬业。坚持“一切为了学生,为了学生的一切”,树立正确的人才观,重视对每个学生的全面素质和良好个性的培养。利用学科特点加强对学生的思想教育,提高他们的思想政治素质,激发他们的学习积极性,努力提高教育教学质量。

  对照师德建设的要求,我在有些方面还存在着不足:

  一、爱教育,培育敬业精神方面

  在树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观上还有待加强。教育理念还不够先进,有时以分数论英雄,在履行自己岗位职责时,还有些不到位,有时认为只要上好自己的课就行了,不需要付出更多。在工作的方法上还有些不够灵活,缺乏积极性和主动性。

  二、爱学生,提高育人水平方面

  在社会思维的影响下,在坚持育人为本这方面,还有待加强,有些偏离这条原则,认为只要学生的成绩好,成绩是最重要的,其他的不重要。有些工作没有“一切为了学生,为了一切学生,为了学生的一切”。课堂上,对好学生会关注多一些,多辅导他们。对暂差生关注不够。

  三、爱自己,塑造师表风范方面

  教师应该“学为人师,行为示范”,对照这个准则,我认为自己的学识还有待进一步提高,给学生一杯水,自己要有一桶水,我想我还没达到这个要求。

  今后的改进方向:树立一切为学生服务的思想。提高自己的钻研精神,要发挥敢于与一切困难做斗争的思想和作风。刻苦钻研教材,做到政治、业务两过硬。严格要求自己,对工作全身心投入,用显著的成绩展示自我,为教育的发展做出自己的贡献。

  师德是一个教师的灵魂,是搞好教育教学的前提,更是每一位教师的立身之本。我校本次思想纪律作风整顿活动的主要目标是通过作风整顿,使全校教职员工爱岗敬业意识增强,组织纪律更加严明,教育教学质量得到进一步提高,使学校各项工作更上一个新台阶。作为一名普通初中教师,在本次作风整顿中通过认真反思自已思想和工作方面存在的突出的问题,主要从以下几方面来自查自纠,对照检查。

  一、存在问题

  1、缺乏依法执教意识。作为一名班主任,在教育学生的过程中,对于个别经常违反校规校纪,屡教不改的学生,总是心躁气急,大声训斥,甚至体罚或变相体罚他们,最终使师生关系形成僵化对立局面。经过认真反思,我深刻地认识到这是一种严重伤害学生自尊的表现。这样不仅损害了人民教师作为人类灵魂工程师的.光辉形象,而且严重违犯了依法执教的职业要求。

  2、关心学生不够到位。因为受身为男性教师的身份局限,性格缺乏细心和耐心,对学生要求过于严格。在教育学生的过程中,往往采取宏观管理,对于保护学生安全,关心学生健康,维护学生权益,常常不注重细节,考虑不到特殊学生,尤其是学困生和贫困生的具体困难,因而让部分学生感受不到老师的温情和关爱,更是难以做到严慈相济,成为学生的良师益友。

  3、终身学习理念不强。对于终身学习理解不够深刻,在平时的教学中,满足于自己的现状,缺乏强烈的求知欲望。总觉得自已怀揣本科学历,从教十多年,专业知识和教学技能足以胜任当前初中语文教学工作。因而不善于钻研业务,学习先进的教学方法,累积新鲜的语文知识,虚心向同行取经、交流,做事保守,甚至不懂的问题不敢低头想别人请教,业务水平提高缓慢。

  4、开拓创新精神欠佳。在语文教学中,备课不下功夫,简单地把备教案等同于抄教案,教案只用于应付学校检查,上课时常信口开河,离题万里,或者照本宣科,只向学生传授陈旧僵化的死知识,甚至忽视了学生创新意识的渗透,创新能力的培养,严重违背了素质教育的要求。

  二、原因分析

  1、缺乏对教育法律法规的深入学习,尤其对《教师法》、《义务教育法》、《未成年人保护法》、《中小学教师职业道德规范》、《耒阳市教师“十不准”》等法规和文件的深入学习和深刻理解,因而陷入固步自封甚至违背依法执教的地步。

  2、对崇高的教育事业和高尚的教师职业认识不深,缺乏热情,总觉得现在教师工资和其他行业比起来少的可怜,人家作息是朝九晚五,教师作息却是朝六晚九,心理失衡,总认为工作对得起良心就行了,何况现在的学生大多都是没良心的“白眼狼”,上街遇见老师连话都不问,缺少对老师的起码尊重,所以时常认为对学生关心那么多对干什么。

  3、一方面对终身学习认识不透彻,总觉得当前体制下,即便是活到老,学到老,知识再多,能力再强,老爸不是李刚,你家不是银行,也是白搭。另一方面是教师工作繁重,时间紧张,精力不足,况且对继续深造经济负担难以承受,真可谓“有想法,没办法”,甚至为现实中“购买两本书还是扛回一袋米”的问题难以抉择,无可奈何。

  三、改善措施

  这次培训,使我对于我平时的教学工作有了一个全新的认识。在以前,我认为教学工作仅有教师的教,学生的学,想一切办法将文化知识传授给学生,使学生掌握了课程大纲要求的知识就算完成任务。经过学习了檀传宝教授的课程,我发现我在教学过程中忽视了开发学生学习的主动性,在过去教学中一些落后的方法,比如忽视学生的差异化,对于所有学生都进行统一要求,当有一部分学生跟不上要求时,又不及时改变教学策略,而是想办法强迫这些学生完成学习任务,这样势必会造成部分学生对于学习的厌恶心理出现,严重者导致厌学。从不进取理解学生的思想动态,对于会影响学生学习的其他因素关注较少,比如,家庭因素,社会因素,学生本人对于社会的认知等,甚至认为与学校无关的因素不在教师管理范围,所以也不主动去关注它。经过这次培训,我学习了关于幸福生活的全新概念,这节课对于我的生活观念也是一个理论上的提升,我也一向认为生活的幸福是建立在精神需要的满足上,而不是在物质生活的富有上。可是没有物质生活的满足无法实现精神生活的满足。我原先在教育学生时经常宣传这样的思想,可是因为理论知识的缺陷,所以有时讲的很矛盾,连我自己也感觉自己是在说教,无法将思想传授与学生的大脑。思想要落实于平时

  这次培训,是我对于新时期教师的思想政治理论课又一次进行了系统的学习,也对与教师职业规范重新进行了学习。随着时代的变化,对于教师的思想理论,政策法规在表述上有了细微的差别,但核心思想任然没有变化,教育的目标使培养德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的人才。我认为目前部分地方的教育,对于智的方面的要求远远大于对于德的'要求,从网络上来看,对于高考状元的宣传力度远远大于对于学生道德楷模宣传的力度,而多数知名的学校重点宣传的也是高考上名牌大学的学生比率,以此来吸引更多的生源。我认为这一现象违背了德应当放在智之前的教育目标。在目前的教育中功利主义较为流行,而人性教育比较淡薄,学生对于学习的选择上也受到影响。以前我与几名学生聊天时问他们,念书为了什么,他们说为了完美的生活,我继续问,什么样的生活是完美的,他们回答,吃好,穿好。我当时认为他们的思想不可取,但也难以进行反驳教育,所以什么也没有说,这样的思想可能来自与家长水平不高的认识所感染,也可能来自于孩子平时对于社会中吃喝享乐的感受。但缺点就是功利性的,念书的目的只为了生活我认为是不可取的。我认为对于德育还是要加大教育力度,甚至要超过对于智育的要求。当然教师自身的思想理论素养的提升是
