魅力是一个人内在精神与综合素质的自然流露,思魅力之源,就是深厚的文化积淀。在这次专家教授身上让我感受了这种魅力,如:每个专家教授对国内外教育家、及所对应的理论、各种书籍等脱口而出,还有园长学员中,有些园长丰富的知识。同时也感受了专家教授的深度与高度,从基础性、操作性、前瞻性、信息性、互动性等讲座中,拓宽了幼教领域知识,积累了管理方法,为以后日常管理提供了理论与实践的借鉴依据。
三、明确一种方向
听了这么多讲座,明确了做任何事都要密切联系教职员工。做到密切也就有强大的凝聚力,所谓的人心齐泰山移。如:聆听了xx教授的《幼儿园规划与管理》后,更明确了任何规划、计划,除制定切实可行规划以外,更应做好规划认可、内化工作。又如:xx特级教师讲述“园长领导力”,实质就是密切联系教师,调动了教师们的工作积极性、创造力,这样工作才会如此出色。

一、夯实基础,深入民心,打造团结和谐的“庭院式”社区环境
大浦沟社区地处偏远、交通不便,弱势群体居多;平顶山社区规模大、人员密集,困难群众多。两个社区都存在流动人口多,居住环境复杂,管理难度大,就业人员少,居民文化程度低,居民基本没有固定的工作,主要靠低保和临工维持基本的生活问题。通过两个社区主任的介绍和我们实地观摩,我们深深感受到社区的工作人员为切实保障社区居民的基本生活,维护辖区稳定,在沙区政府的亲切关怀亲临指导下,把去极端化思想和维稳工作作为头等大事来抓,作为凝聚人心、增强信心的好事来做。
通过“加强领导,全面发动”、“加大措施,健全网络”、“加强宣传,家喻户晓”三项措施,充分调动各方面的社会治安积极因素,以群防群治队伍为骨干,以建立平安网络为手段,以提升整体水平为目的,全面创建团结和谐的“庭院式”社区。
社区建立了长效管理机制,做到齐抓共管,将强化对广大群众的去极端化思想的教育,提高居民的去极端化意识作为抓手,结合不同人群的特点和辖区实际情况,有的放矢地开展去极端化思想的宣传教育活动。首先采用了沿山砌墙封闭式管理的模式,社区借助沙区政府大力资金投入支持下,不断的改变内部基础设施,为社区居民建立了社区食堂、社区学校、社区卫生服务点、社区蔬菜直销点等,方便社区居民的日常生活;其次社区干部帮助社区居民掌握生活技能,增加家庭收入,提高了居民生活质量,引进阿依努丽工贸有限公司等3家企业,为社区居民创建了手工编织、厨艺、缝纫等居民就业培训基地,特别是少数民族妇女的扎花技术得到了参观人员的高度赞扬。称赞的背后是对沙区政府工作细致的由衷感动。看到那些大大小小漂亮的花束、一盘盘精美放的点心、小朋友在干净明亮的教室接受学前教育、汉语教师用流利的维吾尔语给社区内的居民授课等等,所见之处都是用心之为“授之以鱼不如授之以渔”。社区文化站倡导文民健康的生活方式,促进居民自身觉醒,增强自主自立的能力,就是维护稳定的最大成效。这成效的背后是一支勇于打硬仗的队伍,一颗颗饱含热情奉献于这片社区的心,才将一团乱麻一点点梳理成型,打磨成烁烁闪光的模板,给其他的社区以鼓舞和启迪。
二、稳定的社会环境,才有百姓的幸福安宁
每天生活在这座美丽的城市,却有很多地方从未深入其中,乌鲁木齐火车南站就是这样一个地方。偶尔匆匆路经那里看到的多是熙熙攘攘的人群,匆匆疾驶的车辆,但究竟维稳安保工作是如何开展的却不得而知。8月18日半天的火车站维稳实训让我们深深体会到“累并感怀着”。所有参加实训的园长都感慨道:“在这里真正体会到责任的重大,是稳定社会环境的根基!严谨忙碌的工作态度,是创建和谐家园的责任担当!”比起幼儿园的安保工作,这里的`维稳安保人员真是太辛苦,太不容易了。火车站广场人来人往,车辆川流不息。疆内的,疆外的,各民族的旅客来来往往,很多人摸不清东南西北,不知道哪里能走,那里不能走,该往哪里走,作为火车站的工作人员,你就要不厌其烦的、耐心细致的解释说明。进出站和来往车辆多,你不但要做来往人员指路导游,还要做车辆通行的导航员。我们只体验了半天的时间,就感觉到精神压力大,责任心重,体力跟不上,试想,车站的工作人员他们常年累月在这嘈杂的环境工作,夏季顶着烈日酷暑,冬季冒着凛冽的寒风大雪,日复一日,年复一年的坚守在自己的岗位是多么的不易……
三、实训暨培训后的感悟
经过一天半的实地观摩两个“庭院式”管理社区和亲身体会火车南站维稳安保的实训,收获满满。两个社区都是全封闭式的管理模式,但这里的居民从精神面貌到生活习俗上充满着愉悦和祥和之情,在这个社区各民族之间团结和谐、幸福快乐,看到孩子们虽置身于这个全封闭的社区,但满脸洋溢着童趣和幸福,使我深深感受到这都取决于社区工作人员的平易近人、兢兢业业的工作作风。火车南站管委会管辖面积不如这两个社区大,但是她们同样担负着异常繁重的安全维稳工作,虽然来往人员繁多,但他们的管理工作依然是井然有序。结合我园实际,全面落实责任和措施,广泛深入地开展维稳宣传教育工作,并组织园所维稳工作情况总结分析整改。强调幼儿园的安全、稳定,并向教职员工及家长通过对普法工作文件材料、维稳知识及有关的法律法规和方针政策进行了宣传,使幼儿园领导及广大教职工增强“责任重于泰山”的意识,明确搞好幼儿园维稳工作是实施素质教育的重要保障,幼儿园的安全、稳定对维护幼儿园正常教育教学秩序的重要性,切实增强抓好幼儿园维稳安保工作的责任感和紧迫感。把幼儿园维稳安保工作纳入重要议事日程,并作为教育的一项重要工作来抓紧、抓好。切实维护正常的教育教学秩序,保证了幼儿园的安全、稳定,初步形成了人人重视、关心、支持和积极参与维稳安保工作的良好局面。抓好宣传教育工作,提高师幼维稳安保法律意识和自我防范能力。

二、幼儿园变化喜人因督导要深入幼儿园看半日活动,看包括入厕、饮水、洗手等的各生活环节。而幼儿常规建立不是一蹴而就的,因此每期至少1次的入园督导,促使幼儿园日常工作不敢懈怠,对幼儿园是压力、也是动力。经过督导,大多幼儿园管理更加规范,环境更加优美、育人效果更加明显,区域游戏更加丰富。尤其是第一批督导的龙王中心幼儿园、福洪中心幼儿园、花蕾幼儿园等民办公益性幼儿园进步明显,办园水平不断提升。
三、下一步打算
(一)突破督导瓶颈。经过4年督导,虽然取得一些成绩,但对于部分起点较高的幼儿园也遭遇瓶颈,下一步在创新督导工作上下功夫,找准此类幼儿园问题,促进其良性发展。我自己的责任园所:巨人树幼儿园、城厢中心幼儿园、川化润嘉幼稚园、爱心培幼儿园等4所幼儿园也属于此类情况。下一步,对于3所一级园重点督科研课题及课程建设,爱心培幼儿园重点督游戏及师资培养,同时争取外援(专家)对他们进行诊断,帮助幼儿园进一步做实做亮特色,提升影响力。
(二)加强自身学习。责任区督导工作是原则性、技术性并重的工作,要成为一个优秀督导,必须加强专业知识学习,在以后工作中我要积极参加各级各类培训,通过自学等方式,提高自身专业能力,尽力达到以“提高教育教学质量为中心”的督导效果。
