作为一名教师,如何在这样快速变革时期保持高昂的工作热情和坚定的奋斗方向,我觉得不断提高自身素质和修养是最为关键的切入点。
一、是要树立正确的世界观、人生观、事业观。敬畏职业道德,贯彻行为规范,强调奉献精神,从自身意识层面强化爱岗敬业、踏实苦干、甘于平凡的价值取向,这样才能在现实生活中面对各类困难、诱惑、迷茫时立得住、看得清、走得稳。
