  首先一点,我从感性上认识到教育心理学是一门很博大精深的学问,而不是我以前所想象中的那样简单。比如说处理学生个性和共性之间的关系,怎样从个性中提炼出共性,又怎样在对共性的总结中充分尊重学生个性。还有怎样实现学生学习的最优化,怎样教学才能最大限度的调动学生的积极性又不让其对某些枯燥的只是感到厌烦;还有怎样根据不同年龄阶段孩子的不同心理特点对其施以针对性的教育教学方法,如此等等。在书中介绍到了很多不同时代的著名学者的观点,各有利弊,都很值得思考。读了这些,我才逐渐认识到教育心理学是一个备受重视,被广泛研究的学科。

  不光是理论,书中很多地方也提到了怎样将理论运用到实践中去,这对于教学的实践活动有很直接和现实的意义。书中举到了很多这样的例子,让我发现原来生活中很多看似司空见惯的事其实就是教育心理学研究的成果。比如应该怎样让小学生克服坐不住的问题,还有怎样不动声色的纠正学生的语法错误又不至于引起学生反感。其实对于这些问题我也是早就有所想法,读了教育心理学后,这些原先模糊不清的想法才渐渐明白起来,真的感慨颇多。

  第三,教育心理学给我提供的不只是一个研究结果,它所提到的更多的是一种研究方法,指导你怎样利用这些看起来书面化的大理论,把他们真正变为指导你教学的利剑。其实每个学生都是特别的,都有值得你特别去关注的地方,而每个学生又都是相似的,都有共性让你总结规律,更好的认识教学。教育心理学为我所提供的这些科学的研究法我认为不管今后是否从事教育事业都是让人从中受益良多的。原来一直不明白所谓量表是什么东西,现在才开始懂得原来心理学是这样一门精密的科学,要求很强的逻辑思维和分析能力才能懂得如何从数据中了解人内心的世界。

  在接触社会心理学课程以前,我总以为社会心理学很虚幻,但是通过这几次课程的学习,我懂得社会心理学的根本问题是关于人的本质和人的发展的问题,人的本质问题是人存在的依据问题,人的发展问题是人存在的价值问题。因此,认真学习社会心理学,深刻把握关于人的本质和人的发展的问题,

  现在的那些以自己为中心的`90后,一般都是这样,不会去顾及旁边人的感受,以及所有人的感受,不管是在家里,还是任何一个地方,他(她)们都是这样,遇到不顺心的事情,总要找地方去发泄,这是一种极其不好的行为。他(她)们只会在别人的身上去找原因甚至动手,所以往往这种人不会有任何人和他去接触。

  又是一期的团体心理课程落幕了,在这次课程中我受到很多启发,意外的发现了一些自己从未发现的问题。

  老实说,我内心非常抗拒这样的上课氛围。因为有事耽误了,当我走进教室的时候,看见所有的同学都已围坐成圈。我的心就开始七上八下了。剩下了两个位子,我选择了靠女生的那个安顿下来。失去桌子保护的座位排列方式,感觉自己的一切暴露在别人的眼皮之下。这种没有安全感的空间感真的让我浑身不自在。

  在整个活动互动中,各种问答,思考,感受的环节让我第一次碰触到那些隐藏在自己内心深处的问题。

  我是个开朗乐观的女孩,我善于交友。我一直坚定的认为自己与人的关系间根本不存在害怕的感受。我从来没有发现当自己被别人瞩目的眼光看着的时,浑身如此的不自在。我迫切的需要一些东西遮挡住自己。我紧紧的抱着本子,感觉这样可以拉远一些我和别人的距离。每一轮回答我都努力用微笑掩饰自己的紧张感,身体尽量的贴住椅背让自己觉得安全一些。也会时不时的开关我的笔套,缓解紧绷的神经。无数个瞬间我都有一种想逃离的冲动。

  在面对大家挑选一个最喜欢的人的环节,我受到了很多启发。我开始去尝试感受怎么接纳和理解不同的人;去试着感受着一些同学身上的真实的情绪;我发现了自己原来那么害怕不被别人喜欢;同时也害怕被人喜欢;还有当自己成为焦点的那种恐惧感……

  这些都是现在我无法解决的问题,希望在以后的学习中,我能学到更多的东西,能够更进一步的了解自己。希望将来的某一天我可以很坦然的在别人的瞩目下仍旧拥有灿烂的笑容。

  Another group psychology course has come to an end. I have been inspired by this course, and I have unexpectedly discovered some problems that I have never found before.

  To be honest, I was very resistant to this kind of atmosphere in class. When I walked into the classroom because I was delayed, I saw that all the students were already sitting in a circle. My heart started to go up and down. There were two seats left, so I chose the one by the girls and settled down. The way the seats were arranged without the protection of the table, it felt like everything about me was exposed to the eyes of others. This feeling of insecure space really made me uncomfortable.

  Throughout the interactive program, the various Q&A, thinking, and feeling sessions allowed me to touch on those hidden issues within myself for the first time.

  I am a cheerful and optimistic girl and I am good at making friends. I've always been adamant that I don't have any fear in my relationships with people. I've never found myself so uncomfortable when I'm being watched by others. I desperately needed something to cover myself with. I clutched my book tightly, feeling like it would distance me from the others. With each round of answers I tried to hide my nervousness with a smile, my body pressed as hard as I could against the back of the chair to make myself feel safer. I would also switch on and off my pen holder from time to time to ease my tense nerves. There were countless moments when I felt the urge to escape.

  I was inspired by the session where I was confronted with everyone picking a favorite person. I started to try to feel how to accept and understand different people; to try to feel the real emotions in some of my classmates; I found out that I was so afraid of not being liked by other people; at the same time, I was also afraid of being liked by others; as well as the kind of fear that comes with being the center of attention ......

  These are all problems that I can't solve right now. I hope that in the future, I can learn more and be able to understand myself better. I hope that someday in the future I can be very frank and still have a big smile under the attention of others.

  作为一名特殊教育的教师,通过学习智力落后儿童心理学,看过这本书后,以及这几天来的教学实践,我才发现还有许多需要学习的地方。看过《智力落后儿童心理学》这本书后,对其中感触最深的恐怕就是第三章"智力落后儿童的注意"读过文章才知道了其中的真正含义。

  由于我们要接触智障学生、寻找适合智障学生的教学方法,编制新的教材。这些都离不开对课程的了解与熟悉。针对中重度智力落后学生以后的学习,其课程的内容选择要能够综合考虑到学生学科的知识体系的连贯统一性,学生的身心发展特点和特殊需要,以及学生在社会生活中面临的实际问题,将其有机的结合起来。

  通过学习使我认识到造成注意范围狭窄的外部原因是知识、经验和实践对提高注意的广度很重要。智力落后儿童的认识能力差,知识经验缺乏,生活范围狭窄,是造成注意范围狭窄的外部原因之一。使得他们学习速度慢,学习成绩差。因此就需要教师经常帮助他们拓宽注意范围,提高注意速度。再者智力落后儿童与同龄儿童注意力最明显的差别是获取知识缓慢和效能差,对学习成功的期待值较低,常有失败的心理,缺乏学习动机。因此,教学中我们要注意培养和激发他们的学习动机。通过学习动机的教育,启发他们求知的念头,利用原有的动机迁移,使他们产生学习的需要,提高他们的学习兴趣。

  总之,在今后的教育教学过程中要正确运用注意规律,针对智力落后儿童身心的发展特点,既要估计客观条件,从有效组织教学内容和改革先进的教学方法入手,使学生对学习产生浓厚的兴趣,同时,又要考虑到智力落后儿童的客观因素,严格要求学生。教育学生以顽强的精神去克服困难,培养和提高学生的注意力。

  As a special education teacher, I realized that I still have a lot to learn through studying the psychology of mentally retarded children, reading this book, and teaching practice in the past few days. After reading the book "Psychology of Mentally Retarded Children", I am afraid that the most profound feeling is the third chapter "Attention of Mentally Retarded Children", which I realized the real meaning after reading the article.

  As we have to reach out to students with intellectual disabilities, find teaching methods suitable for students with intellectual disabilities and develop new teaching materials. All these cannot be done without knowledge and familiarity with the curriculum.   今天与一个学生的爷爷聊天。我们谈到家庭教育对孩子的成长影响时,他讲到这么一件事:八十年代中期,他在一个比较富裕的地方工作,也把自己的孩子带到身边照顾,同时在当地就学。孩子很文静也很用功,学习一直不错,班主任也很喜欢他的孩子,封他做班长。他也很少对孩子进行额外的关注,对孩子的学习是放心又省心。但不幸的事,这个班主任在孩子三年级的时候因病去世。孩子也换了一个班主任。这个新班主任新官上任三把火,把他的孩子的班长职务给换了。孩子从此对学习失去了兴趣。而自己因为工作的原因,没有觉察到。更重要的是,他工作的那个地方别看经济实力挺强,但每个人只注重物质的享受,不重视精神追求。因为各家的孩子都是以玩为主。他的孩子一旦脱离了学校教育的轨道,与他们混在一起,那“腐烂”的速度非常快,致使后来终于离开了学校,造成了很大的遗憾。

  这件事让我想起近来读《教育心理学》时里面讲到个体差异的认知风格和学习风格。当我们开始认识到学生存在个体差异时,讨论认知风格和学习风格的重要性时,假设这两种风格有任何一方缺位时,会造成什么样的后果呢?

  从上面的例子中,我们可以看到,当老人的孩子书读好的时候,基本上是认知风格在起作用;而当书读不好的时候,正是学习风格的缺位,造成他在学习上遭遇“滑铁卢”。

  可见,学生的个体差异,对学生的学习是起到至关重要的作用。

  I was talking with a student's grandfather today. When we talked about the influence of family education on children's development, he told us this story: In the mid-1980s, he worked in a relatively affluent place and brought his own children along to take care of them while attending school there. The child was very quiet and hardworking, and always did well in his studies. The class teacher liked his child very much and made him the class president. He rarely pays extra attention to the child, and is relieved and reassured by the child's studies. Unfortunately, the homeroom teacher died of an illness when the child was in third grade. The child's homeroom teacher was changed. This new homeroom teacher replaced his child's homeroom position with a new one. The child lost interest in learning from then on. And he himself did not realize it because of his work. What's more, the place where he works doesn't seem to have a strong economy, but everyone only focuses on material enjoyment and doesn't pay attention to spiritual pursuits. This is because the children of each family are all play-oriented. Once his children were out of the orbit of school education, and mixed with them, the "rot" speed is very fast, so that later finally left the school, resulting in great regrets.

  This incident reminds me of my recent reading of Educational Psychology which talks about individual differences in cognitive and learning styles. When we begin to recognize that there are individual differences in students and discuss the importance of cognitive styles and learning styles, what are the consequences of assuming that either of these styles is absent?

  From the above example, we can see that when the old man's child reads well, basically the cognitive style is at work; and when the book is not read well, it is the lack of learning style, resulting in his learning to meet the "Waterloo".

  It is evident that the individual differences of students play a vital role in their learning.

  财富是人们生存和发展的.基本保障,对是否幸福具有重要影响。没有基本的物质条件就很难有幸福感可言,特别是对于那些仍然处于贫困状态的人来说,财富的重要性不言而喻。但财富不是万能的,有钱却不幸福的人比比皆是。还有不少人对财富的理解是片面的,认为金钱就是财富的代名词。其实,财富可分为物质财富和精神财富。物质财富可以用金钱来衡量,而精神财富则不能。对一个人来说,人生境界、才能、思维能力、意志品行、人格修养等都是精神财富,是难以用金钱换取的,但都可能影响他的幸福感。

  随着岁月的车轮,终于到了社会的驿站,步入社会,踏上工作岗位,开始正式阅读社会这本书,由起初的茫然到现在的懵懂,明白自己欠缺了太多。不知觉中已有了一年的工作经验,一年的收获却理不出头绪,现在,终于明白自己最需要什么,应该做什么。

  事业是自己的,哪敢不敬!一句话醍醐灌顶,为自己以前在工作中的抱怨感到羞愧。工作的挫折与压力是避免不了的,怨天尤人只会暴露出自己的无能,与其喋喋不休哀哀怨怨,不如心平气和全盘接受,用心想,用心做,压力化动力,动力促成功!

  承担责任只有选择,没有对错!做好自己该做的事情是无可非议的,尽自己最大努力做自己份外的事情其实也是一种收获,有失必有得,不必为眼前的利益斤斤计较,自己努力的,收获总有自己的一份,能帮人时尽量帮,自己的事情尽量自己解决,日积月累,提高的是自己,快乐的也是自己。

  心理学,一个既熟悉又感到陌生的词。一直以来我都对心理学充满了好奇与兴趣,但却很少有机会接触与之相关的课程。因此当我同事推荐我来学习时,我是报着一种很复杂的心情来的,在学习完第一节课后我便毫不犹豫的选择继续学习下去。

  在接触心理学这门学科以前,它总给我一种很玄的感觉,总以为它和算命一样有点不可捉摸,但是通过这几个月的学习,我被它的科学性,真实性所折服,可以说它是实实在在存在的东西,与此同时我还发现心理健康与身体健康同样重要,同时两者之间是相互联系,相互影响的。心理学不仅具有科学性,而且也不乏应用性。心理学来源于生活,又指导生活。

  对这门课程的学习虽然只有十二节课,说不上深入了解了关于儿童心理学的专业知识,但我确实收获不少,心理学课程带给我的是无尽的兴趣、快乐与收获。我学会了忍耐,学会了宽容。我的性格、为人处事的方式都发生了变化。开始学习如何去理解孩子,关心孩子,而不是停留在吃喝拉撒睡方面,逐渐开始观察、了解孩子的心理,情绪上的变化,懂得包容和接纳。

  陈老师的授课深入浅出,让我明白妈妈做为一个养育者扮演着重要的角色,应该根据孩子每个时期身体状况和心理状况去理解孩子和关心孩子。孩子的不听话可以正确理解了,他不是不听话了,而是进入了实践期有了自己的思想,此时应该为他们高兴,而不是为此苦恼。因为他们长大了,长大不是我们一直期盼的事情吗?不应该片面的去评价他是个不听话的孩子。关心和理解是多么的重要呀!

  好妈妈和坏妈妈虽然只有一字之差,但中间的差异有多大我们学过心理学课程的人才会真正的明白和理解。好妈妈和坏妈妈在孩子的心中也会有不同的份量,我的妈妈能够理解我和我的妈妈经常打我和骂我是不一样的,影响也是不一样的。

  如何做一个好妈妈将成为我以后一个重要的学习内容。学习完课程后我明白了:心理健康对一个孩子来说是多么的重要,我们希望孩子能够健康快乐的成长,其中的健康包括身体健康更重要的包括心理健康,心理健康的孩子才能形成积极向上、乐观的好的品质,才能面对这日易复杂的社会环境,从而更好的去生存和生活。

  我把自己定位为终生学习者。也就是说,如果我的存在不被任何人记得,在宇宙的浩瀚中短暂而不留痕迹,那我最想做的事情,便是理解这个世界。强烈的求知欲与好奇心是我与生俱来或童年环境有关所有拥有的,为此我感到非常庆幸。毕业以来,我除了工作需要的产品设计类,另外也接触了很多学科领域,杂食者,什么都想触碰想触摸,都想了解背后的原理,都想运用于生活中,想体验不同人的生活想接触不同的“世界”,所以觉得时间不够用,觉得顾此失彼,觉得留给每天晚上精进的时间太少太少。所以陷入彷徨、焦虑、孤寂等负面情绪时间黑洞,消耗太多的精力,长此以往也降低了自己的平均幸福水平。

  也许是积极行动带来的好运气,近两个月开始了以考研为目的的心理学学习,接触新领域,新鲜而有趣,虽然每天看和思考的时间不多,但确实是将注意力集中到了自己的情绪、动机与人性本能上。尤其看了哈佛幸福公开课程,从新认识到一直被忽略的常识,或者应该说通过课程了解了常识背后的机制,知晓了为什么,从而更认可了“常识”,我希望能在信息洪流中紧抓不放这些常识,并进一步理解。

  古语云“攘外必先安内”,最近意识到不能只是在自控力上东打一炮西挨一枪,也不能只在思维上锻炼出批判性。我需要的是系统认识与运用,系统的对“我”是如何运作的,如何才能使之运作得更良好,更逼近与“我”的目的进行探究,不求简单的答案,但求深入全面思考后,把握之。

  接下来我希望,给乐观的想象长短期目标实现过程和结果,在这基础之上制定带上时间坐标的计划,给生活再做减法,给自己提供舒适积极的环境,然后持之以恒的享受其中和幸福。

  I have positioned myself as a lifelong learner. That is to say, if my existence is not remembered by anyone, brief and unrecognizable in the vastness of the universe, then I would like nothing more than to make sense of the world. A strong desire to learn and curiosity is something I was born with or had in my childhood environment, and I feel very fortunate for that.   积极心理学,顾名思义,就是认识世界,发现规律,然后掌握规律,以积极的、建设性的态度去改造世界。正如专家所说,与其说是一门科学,不如说是一场运动,是人们对客观世界的一种积极的、建设性的态度。正如中国人常说的,凡事要看到光明的一面。当然是严谨的,操作性很强的。就教育方法而言,在传统教育思想指导下产生的教育实际上是一种与积极思想相反的模式,是一种以悲观消极态度进行的教育方式。就像在传统的家庭教育环境中,习惯性的否定和惩罚教育无形中影响了孩子积极健全人格的形成,挫伤了孩子的学习积极性,对孩子的发展有负面影响,不能更好地促进孩子的成长。比如父母悲观,孩子通常也有悲观的性格。或者产生消极、孤僻、偏激等问题,同时不能很好的发掘自己的潜在能力。

  Positive Psychology and Psychological Adjustment for Teachers is a great book to teach us about life. All my previous exposure to psychology has been the study of negative things like depression, psychopathy, schizophrenia, and so on. I always thought that psychology was all about dealing with these negative things, so I wasn't very impressed with it. Until I came across this book, which talks about the positive things in human nature. I have always thought that it is far more important for us to know the positive things than to care about the negative . Things are useful, so I was curious about this book. The only way to help with mental health is to study the positive things for your own use. If we have mental problems, they can only be solved by studying those positive things.

  Positive psychology, as the name suggests, is about recognizing the world, discovering the laws, then mastering them and transforming the world with a positive, constructive attitude. As experts say, it is more of a movement than a science, a positive and constructive attitude of people towards the objective world. As the Chinese always say, we should see the bright side of everything. It is certainly rigorous and highly operational. As far as the method of education is concerned, the education produced under the guidance of traditional educational thinking is in fact a mode opposite to positive thinking, a way of education conducted with a pessimistic and negative attitude. Just like in the traditional family education environment, the habitual negative and punitive education invariably affects the formation of positive and sound personality of the child, frustrates the child's motivation to learn, negatively affects the child's development, and fails to promote the child's growth in a better way.   最近这一段时间看了三部公开课程。每一门课程大概二十六次左右,每次七十分钟。哲学课时长比较短,每一次是正常的四十五分钟。

  三门课看了很长时间,想要去看的初衷是因为,对大学课程的缺失感吧,大学里很少去上课,也没有认真的.follow过一门课程,尽管我现在仍然认为国内那些大学课程就像是假冒伪劣产品一样,师生本质上纯粹是一种相互敷衍。但毕业之后,还是有失落感。

  于是就开始看高校的公开课,可以的话,也想继续回母校参加一些公开的讲座。这三门课程是我从许多公开课中自己选的,得以结识三个真正卓越的老师,很感动。我曾亲眼目睹大学里那些所谓讲师教授的虚伪苍白。

  哈佛开放课程Positive Psychology

  积极心理学,讲师是以色列的Tal Ben-Shahar,这门课在哈佛很受欢迎,这也是他最后一次在哈佛授课。这门课不需要基础,任何人都能听懂,整个课程跟下来我也学到了很多,特别是那个罗杰班尼斯特的故事,深深的震撼我。实际自己也比较迫切的需要一些积极的思路,来缓解玄学,特别是道和禅中消极的部分。消极这个词不准确,一时又想不出可以准确描绘的词。

  I've watched three open courses in recent times. Each course was about twenty-six times or so, seventy minutes each. The philosophy courses were shorter, each being the normal forty-five minutes.
