  十月金秋,清风送爽。满怀着激动与渴望,我们牛山小学三位老师踏上了南下的征途。目的地是六朝古都南京,资料是参加江苏教育学院主办的江苏省第十六期小学语文骨干教师高级研修班培训。我把我校此次外出学习组织取名为“三人行学习小组”,大圣人孔夫子说:“三人行,必有我师焉。”

  “三人行”之中,我最为幸运。到牛山小学还没有两年,领导就给了这次高级别的学习机会,我十分感谢;接触小学教学一年多时间,就作为小学语文骨干教师参加培训,我已觉汗颜。于是,我倍加珍惜这次学习的机会:专心上课,勤于思考,认真记录,虚心请教。在这短暂的一周时间里,培训班的领导和老师们对于我们教学中的迷惑与不足,开出了一副副妙药良方,让我受益匪浅,我的思想得到了洗礼、心灵得到了震动、理念得到了革新。

  时间渐行渐远,有些东西的印象早已模糊。然而,我的学习笔记依然鲜活存在,展开来,专家名师的可敬身影犹在眼前,谆谆教诲响在耳畔:李新宇教授的讲座,体现了他对语文课改理念与实践的深入思考,让我认识到语文课改取得了成绩,也还有不足之处,还需要一线教师用心参与其中,使其更加完善。

  聂××老师的讲座,体现了他对“高效课堂”的新认识,让感受到他周身迸发出的智慧和激情;宋运来校长的讲座,热情激昂中透着幽默风趣,他对当下作文难做了求解,让我对作文教学有了进一步认识,了解了学生习作的基本原理,掌握了一些科学有效的习作指导方法;刘军老师对小学识字教学的精彩讲座,让我看到了一个成功教师成长的足迹,体会到她的.魅力,让我感悟到她对语文教学的锲而不舍的追求;何强生教授指导语文教师对课程的科学领悟,使我明白了课程设置不是教师遥不可及的、我们也能参与到课程改革中来;王一军老师的讲座,深入浅出,旁征博引,他的语言给我们呈现了自己在科研中的智慧和渊博的知识,让我们从更高的层面认识了科研的价值和好处……

  教材分析、可行的教学建议、激烈的教学讨论不时地在脑海里浮现,那精彩的教学案例令人久久不能忘怀。如果用一个词语来概括参加本次活动的体会,那就是受益匪浅。下面是我通过培训获得的点滴体会:

  一、教师要不断进行知识更新

  这次培训中听了许多专家的讲座,也听了许多课堂教学实例,我明白了课改的真正意义,从大处说是为了国家在21世纪的发展,而从小处说则是为了每一个学生的成长和生活。所以,进行课改,落实课标,不是一句虚无缥缈的口号,而更应该具体地体现在每一堂课中和教师的一言一行中。课堂中少一些做秀,多一些本真,也许才是我们的努力方向。

  准确把握教科书编辑思想的基础上,从本班学生的实际出发,根据学生的年龄特征和不同教学内容,创造性地灵活地选择和运用教科书的各种设计,采取合适的教学策略,把读写听说和综合实践活动落到实处;大力改进课堂教学,培养和形成“自主、合作、探究”的学习方式;积极开发课堂学习资源和课外学习资源,沟通课堂内外,增加学生语文实践的机会,让学生在实践中丰富语言积累,掌握学习方法,提高基本技能,接受熏陶感染,养成良好的学习习惯,打下扎实的语文基础;鼓励学生采用各种手段扩大阅读面,增强学生在一切场合学语文用语文的意识,积极参加各种课改活动,促进学生语文素养的整体提高。

  潍坊市奎文区幸福街小学的王安存老师作了《经典诵读专题》的典型发言,在她的发言中我感受着新课程理念的和风,沐浴着新课程改革的阳光,懂得了要提高孩子们的语文素养,就必须让孩子们多读书,多写作。让孩子们在“国学经典”,“诗歌经典”,“儿童文学经典”的引领下飞扬。我异常珍惜这样的机会。因为他们为我提供了让我从自身出发寻找差距,反复的琢磨和钻研,不断的反思和总结。对我来说,不论从理论还是教学上,这都是一个让我进步的有效良机。

  二、课堂教学理念的转变

  我们学校的张秀红和郭美玲老师作了《合作学习与主题学习》的报告,她们结合自己的课堂教学实例,以详实的案例、真实的体验娓娓道来,让我们对合作学习与主题学习有了更进一步的理解。由于学生自主、合作、探究性地进行学习而导致课堂教学进度放慢,但是,我认为表面上看上去进度慢了,教学任务似乎没有很好地按时完成,但从学生的学习的实际效果来看,这种“慢”还是有效果的。除了学生对语文材料的感知和领悟得到了落实之外,学生的好奇心、求知欲得到了很好的爱护,学生学习的主动意识、进取精神以及合作精神都得到了充分的激发和增强。在课上我们一定要引导学生学会对重点问题的梳理。很多时候都是我们的学生不会找问题,会的、不会的弄不清楚,这时候就需要老师来加以引导,把重点问题找到了,师生共同有目的的学习,这样就会简单多了。在讲课中,多注重学生的理解,少讲、多读,多读,学生能理解的、能自己学会不讲,对一些学生理解不好的或不透彻的,这时老师在引导学生进行深入理解。这样学生学得轻松了,老师也不觉得累了。避免老师嗦嗦一节课,学生感觉如在梦境中,什么也没学到,而老师呢?口干舌燥,毫无益处。

  在这次小学语文新教材培训中,寿光市圣城街道西关小学张丽老师的《我与“三点一线”识字法》,主要针对低年级识字作了详细地分析。例如:怎样去培养学生的识字兴趣、爱好;让学生能够借助汉语拼音认读汉字、读准正音,从而提高学生的阅读和口语交际;提倡汉语拼音与儿歌相结合;利用儿歌学好音节是教学儿歌的重点,从而调动学生学习拼音、阅读的积极性,营造快乐识字和正确的标调方法;在游戏巩固环节,大大地帮助孩子改掉怕拼音、识字的不良好心态,一步一步引导他们走向成功的彼岸。

  虽然只是两天的海沧拓展的培训,但是在过程中让人回味无穷;此次的培训与以往教师培训不同,它不单在理论上有依据,在实践中回到理论,找到焦点。加上这次我的认真参与培训和做好笔记,让我时刻都能借助这些知识理论去促进自己的工作水平和能力,从而去开展素质教育,我感到收获很大,做为一名教育者,痛苦不应该是教育的追求,更不应该成为教师的生存状态。既然做了教师,痛苦是做,快乐也是做,那我们为何不快乐地做?让我激动和回味的是那些为教育事业做出贡献的师傅们!做为教师要引用“抛砖引玉”的方法让学生更进一步的获取有利信息和掌握知识。使我深深地感受到教学是一门伟大的学问,它不是一朝一夕就得学会,就能融会贯通,而是需要教师认真的去研解教材和日积月累的教学经验达成的。从这次的培训中,我学到了前人们先进的经验,明白了一些道理,使我明白教师这个职业的沉重份量,对我今后教学工作中启到很大的帮助。

  1、把握好对教学内容的理解。小学课本不是全部的教学内容,学生阅读数量要增加,且要经典;借助课文这个例子进行语文训练。要从课文提供的语文材料出发找准三个点。既语言训练点、能力培养点、方法习得点。

  作为语文教师,不是只懂一些语文理论知识就行,我们要加强自身的文化修养,培养自身良好的人文精神,这样才能把自己的人文精神渗透到学生身上。而且语文教师还要学高为师,有较高的艺术鉴赏能力和艺术修养,只有这样我们才能引导学生发现教材、生活中的美,才能引导其去感受,去创造美。通过这次的学习,我有以下几点感悟:

  这一观点的提出,摆脱了长期以来关于语文学科性质的争论,正面论述了语文的学科性质和地位,指出语文课程应致力于学生语文素养的构成与发展。为了在教学过程中能让每个学生都得到社会性的发展,让每个学生学会求知、学会做事、学会生存、学会做人,培养学生的创新精神,我们教师务必依据新课程理念对每一堂课认真思考,精心准备,让语文课堂成为学生的乐园。

  在已往的教学中,还有部分教师将学生的大脑作为一个简单的容器,把课堂作为灌输和填鸭的场所,将整个教学过程设计为灌和填的流程,久而久之,课堂就成为了一潭死水。而《新课程标准》则强调:此刻教师的职责已经越来越少地传授知识,而越来越多地激励思考;教师务必集中更多地时间和精力从事那些有效果和有创造性的活动。因此我们要把学生的大脑看成是一把需要被点燃的火把,想方设法去点燃这把火把,激发学生潜在的潜力,让学生自觉地参与到学习过程中,充分地活动起来。让学生透过自身的活动,充实教学资料,丰富教学形式,真正体现了在乐中学、趣中学、动中学、做中学,让每一堂课都充满活力。要做到这一点,教师务必做好如下准备:

  以上目标到达之后,知识的获得将是很自然的事。这就要求教师在活动设计的时候,注重学生的情感体验,让学生爱上这门课,产生强烈的学习动力和参与欲。在活动中,让学生自觉去获取知识。如在讲授《荔枝图序》一文时,鉴于学生对句子“核如枇杷,壳如红缯,膜如紫绡,瓤肉莹白如冰雪,浆液甘酸如醴酪……”的难以理解,教师能够事先准备好几只荔枝,然后把同学们分成小组,让他们动手剥掉荔枝的皮。这时,他们会对“壳如红缯,膜如紫绡,瓤肉莹白如冰雪”一句有了视觉上的感受。最后再让他们动口尝一尝,这样,不仅仅加深对“浆液甘酸如醴酪”的品味,还掌握了荔枝核的形状。这样讲解,不仅仅使学生很快解决了难点,而且大大节省了教师讲解、启发的教学时间。学生学得简单愉快,且印象深刻。

  学生是教学的主体,课程活动设计的首要目的是把学生吸引到教学中来,引导他们体验情感,培养潜力,构件自己的知识体系。因此,深入地了解学生是十分重要的,我们此刻所面临的学生好奇心强,有活力,情感单纯而强烈,记忆力强,想象力丰富,处在形象思维强而抽象思维正在构成阶段,由于学生们受到现代各种传媒的影响,有较广的知识面,对所学的资料有必须的知识储备。如果能根据学生们的情感和年龄特征,找到学生们感兴趣的话题作为切入点进行教学,再开展多种多样的活动,必须会得到很好的教学效果。

  三、充分运用多媒体教学辅助手段。

  五、课改就是让每一个学生发展。

  每个家长最关注的是:我的孩子最后得了多少分对于这个问题,教育部基础教育课程教材中心的领导认为,务必伴随相应的评价制度的改革,从更多地关注结果到更多地关注过程,从更多地关注知识技能等可透过考试评价的学习成果到更多地关注学生的情感、价值观等用考试难于评价的成果。这种新的评估方式是纵向的,更多地关注每个学生在自己原有的基础上的一种发展。而以前的评估是横向的,往往以为传统好处上的主科不好,就会让一个学生在班级里抬不起头。因此,课程的改革,需要校园、家长评价观念的转变,需要每一个人思索我们用什么样的评价观念才能有利于下一代更加健康地发展。

  在一次国际教育研讨会上,香港一位教授曾说,一个人的人品无法考,我们的教育工作者能说因为做人的事情没法考,我们的教育就不管做人吗这是一个多么令人反思的问题。许多新课程包括综合实践课的开设,对学生的发展有独特的价值,这种价值有很多方面是没法考的。实际上,考试就应伴随着课程而发展,而不是课程改革追随考试,绝不能本末倒置。新教材突出教学方法的转变,让学生在学习知识、理解科学文化教育的一开始,就运用亲身体验与亲身实践的新型方式进行学习。在传统的学习方式中,课堂的主角是教师,好学生是配角中的主角,大多数学生只是观众与听众。而此次课改中强调教师是学习活动的组织者和引导者,同时认为学生才是课堂的主题,老师应尽可能地把课堂还给学生,让尽可能多的学生参与课堂,把主宰权还给学生。把放飞心灵的空间和时间留给学生,营造宽松自由的可让氛围,在这种简单的氛围里真正地引导学生们用心、主动地学习,这样一来,学生有了较自由的学习,有了与老师平等对话的机会,变得越来越大胆,在课堂上踊跃发言,用心地表现自我。在教学实践中,试图从日常生活入手,创设生动搞笑的问题情景,吸引学生的注意力,激发学生的学习兴趣,这样使学生从生活经验和客观事实出发,在研究现实

  问题的过程中快乐的学习到知识。在教学中,充分关注学生情感态度变化,采取用心的评价,较多地运用激励性的语言。要能发挥学生主体性和积极性,有一个创新思维活动的空间,教师如何引导,启发,点拨能否真正把学生领到这一领域,这就要教师在平时备课中不但要吃透教材,而且要尽量收集制作与教材有关的资料,又要善于把握学生的心理,使学生能和老师发上共鸣,对于教学课堂而言,不光是知识的传授,而是包括知识与技能、思考解决问题,情感与态度等几个方面。此刻的教师教给学生的不仅仅仅是鱼,最重要的是授之渔。教会学生知识,教给学生独立和生存的潜力应成为所有教师的职业追求。

  一、新课标理念强调语文教学过程中的“一中心”、“两性质”、“三维度”,即语文教学应以学生发展为中心,应注重语文学科的工具性和人文性(语文姓“语”),强调知识与技能、方法与过程、情感、态度、价值观的三维整合。“国培”专家深入浅出的讲析、诠释无不紧扣新课标理念,让我们这些一线的教师学习后无不对新课标又有了一个全新的认识,丰实了我们的头脑,使我们领悟到了新时期语文教学的精神实质,为教学能力的提升奠定了基础。

  二、“国培”学习使我们全面了解了小学不同学段、内容的特点,为科学施教找到了“指南针”。小学语文教学是一个系统工程,既要整体把握,又要分段了解、分析、探究。“国培”专家各从自己擅长的研究领域谈起,理论结合实例,既注重“言传”,又注重“身教”;让我们很好地把握了不同学段、内容的特征;为我们深入文本探究,科学“备课”,有效施教指明了方向。

  今天上午,我和丰润区的许多小语老师一起来到教师进修学校,参加由教研室组织的20xx年暑期小学语文学科培训,感觉受益匪浅。

  本次语文培训,首先是由教研室的苏立军老师从宏观的角度谈“如何构建小语课堂,提升教学质量”,然后是由丰润区的五位专家王xx、韩xx、王xx、曹xx、朱xx老师分别就自己多年的教学经验及外出培训心得体会进行的教学交流论坛活动。

  苏老师的报告从教育局整体发展思路和价值追求、审视反思我们的课堂教学,从反思中促提升、从统编教材看语文教学的发展趋势、具体的几项建议四个大的方面给我们进行了具体的阐述,使我对今后的语文教学也有了更深刻的认识。教育最终是为人生的,因此我们在教学中必须做到目中有人,必须认识到学生是课堂的主人,要主动的让出舞台,给学生提供更多的机会去发现;我们要教给学生的是学习的方法,因此我们在教学中不是只教教材,而是凭借教材去教;在上每一节课之前,我们心中必须明确目标,在课后,要有对目标达成的审视和反思,要看达成的策略和方法,强调健康课堂,强调可持续发展等等。当然苏老师还强调了在我们的教学中应该有底线意识,我们应该面对全体,关注学困生。

  接下来的教学论坛活动,五位专家,毫无保留的把自己多年的教学经验及培训心得与大家分享,也令我收获很多。尤其是王新颖老师最后谈到的几点感悟,我们要给予学生鼓励和信心,给予学生练习的机会,不厌其烦的指导,给予学生一份信任,给予学生点拨和引领,给予学生机会和自由。我想,如果我们每位教师在教学中真的能够做到这样,那我们的学生一定会有更大的发展,一定会有质的飞跃。

  在本次的培训中,专家们不是避重就轻,敷衍塞责,而是重点就教师们在教学实践中遇到的难点、疑点问题做了深入浅出的阐述,对教师们非常棘手的教学环节做出了有理有据的指导,的的确确为教师们起到了抛砖引玉的作用。如:在讲低年级识字教学这一板块时,专家抓住了识字教学枯燥乏味这一难点,为我们展示了在游戏中识字、在语境中巩固识字、在生活中主动识字这些行之有效的识字方法,并且结合徐蔚老师的《放鞭炮》一课,让我们真真切切地领略到了识字教学的趣味性和有效性。徐蔚老师的四则游戏:“猜猜猜”、“找朋友”、“送信(玩法一)”、“送信(玩法二)”为我们展示了一个全新的课堂。

  又如;口语交际一直是我们语文教师比较棘手的一个教学环节,在口语交际课上,学生们总是无话可说,老师也显得很被动,口语交际课总是达不到预期的目的。在本次培训的讲座上,专家通过理论与实践的结合,让我们看到了一个“动起来”的口语交际课。在蒋春霞老师的《介绍一本书》一课中,学生的交际欲望完全被调动起来了,学生们争先恐后地抢着说,课堂气氛异常活跃,为我们展示了一个又一个的课堂亮点。

  本次培训安排的课程内容非常丰富,具有很强的针对性,切合小学语文教学实际。自培训启动以来,我认真观看了每门课程的专题讲座和互动对话,阅读了每门课程的案例评析和参考资料,每天在线学习一小时以上,迄今为止,在线时间长达100多小时。

  培训中,教育名家的讲座为教育科学理论注入了源头活水,给我们带来了心智的启迪、情感的'熏陶和精神的享受,让我们分享了高规格的“文化大餐”。

  在这个平台上,我学到许多了语文知识,了解了许多语文教学的策略,收益颇丰。对自己小学语文教学策略的改进必能起到积极的促进作用。

  参加小学语文学科远程培训,不仅是一次理论知识的学习,更是一次思想的启迪、灵魂的荡涤,给我补了元气、添了灵气、去了骄气。我将带着收获、带着感悟、带着满腔的热情,把学到的理论知识应用于自己的教学中去,在不断的运用和总结中转变教育观念,发挥人格魅力,轻轻松松教语文,扎扎实实求发展,做快乐教师,教快乐学生。

  20xx年7月21日,在州教育局基教科的主持下,我在凯里一中一楼会议室参加了20xx年暑期初中语文新课程培训,授课教师是广东省深圳市北京师范大学南山附属学校中学部马兴贵老师,讲解的内容有:人教版义务教育课程语文实验教科书八年级语文教材解读与教学、全册教学内容勾勒各单元解读、写作教学、个人教学体会,在这次培训中,我感受颇深,体会如下:

  一、教材解读深刻

  马老师从教材运用观念上引导讲解,他说:教师应当既是教材的使用者,同时更应当是积极的再建设者。从不同的角度分析,在认同感的前提下,兼以怀疑、批判以及加工和完美的眼光来运用。在使命感的前提下,最大限度地实现教师、教材与课堂需要的统一。接着从教法实施观念上作详细介绍,始终围绕“不失掉语文性”来合理地建构效益最大化语文课堂。一是重新揣摩语文教学的内涵,即语文的文字性、文学性、文化性。二是重新确立现代语文备课观,体现教师个性、班级个性和教科书个性的共振。三是重新思考现代课堂关系学,优质的语文课堂应当是师生关系最和谐的呈现。四是重新理解语文教学效益观,学生语文课堂学有所获,学生语文能力发展了。

  二、教学简易操作性强

  (一)现代文阅读教学,应当始终抱有把课文教薄和把课文学厚的辩证统一的初衷。

  (二)文言文阅读教学,力求在虚与实之间去寻找一种合理的契合。

  (三)新旧诗阅读教学,将自我感悟作为一把最宝贵的钥匙坚定地交到学生手中。

  (四)口语交际的`教学,最好的口语交际应在每一节课堂和课堂之外。

  三、写作教学指导有方。

  写作教学要把握中学写作与指导教学的倾向,即左手个性,右手规范,我为圆心,生活化源。坚持兴趣第一原则,要掌握教师、时机、素材、评价、环境的五个因素。鼓励个性化写作,即从以下几方面入手:一是无压力写作状态,享受写作乐趣;二是我手写我心,让写作变成宣泄情感的方式;三是把手写熟;四是为规范化写作提供前提。以我为圆心,充分发掘写作的可利用诱导因素;教材、时代和地域因素,进行规范化写作指导,充分利用身边资源引导学生写作,进行尝试作文。

  在此次培训中,收益很多,使我增长了许多语文教育教学方法。

  今年3月12日至4月8日,我参加了这次海西教育网的培训。本次培训带给我思想上的洗礼,心灵的震撼、理念的革新。聆听智者的教诲,参与伙伴们的探究……收获颇丰!

  这次培训建立了一个平台,同行与同行交流的平台,群策群力,把以前的“单打独斗”变成了齐心协力,把自己的闭门造车变成了资源共享,使教育资源得到优化,对新教师是一个学习的机会,对老教师是一个新的教学理念的学习与旧的教学理念碰撞与融合的机会。

  理论知识,为已充电;时代在进步,教育在发展,在新课程改革的当今,更需要每一位教育工作者不断进行自我充电。我的工作必将比原本得心应手些。

  每一次的专题讲座都是那么精彩!带着教育教学实践中的种种疑问,我走进了培训课堂。课堂上,专家们的精彩讲座一次次激起了我内心的感应,更激起了我的反思。在这种理论和实践的对话中,我收获着专家们思想的精髓、理论的精华。让我进一步体会到了课堂教学艺术的重要性。其中,教师的语言艺术尤其重要,语言艺术中的趣味性不容忽视,因为小学生天生活泼好动,需要有趣的东西来吸引他,带有趣味性的语言更能吸引他的注意力,学生的注意力集中了,才能更好地进行教育教学。课堂教学过程中的课堂提问艺术也至关重要。教学中不仅教师要善于提问,还要善于启发学生自己提出问。

  每一次的讲座都是那么可贵!让人耳目一新。这耳目一新并非在现代教育手段下的缤纷世界,而是在倡导课堂教学有效性下的真实、扎实、朴实的课堂,时时处处渗透着教师的教育机智之强,教师的教学基本功之扎实。 “简约语文”那丰厚的内涵,一堂语文课,名师的智慧语文,名师的简约语文,引领着新课程改革不断完善。语文课程标准,有意识地把“语文素养”凸现出来。语文素养内涵十分丰富,它以语文能力为核心,是语文能力和语文知识、语言积累、思想情感、思维品质、审美情趣、学习方法、学习习惯的融合。因此本次课程改革不再将学生掌握系统知识放在首位,而是将学生价值观和情感态度的培养、激发学生关注和参与社会生活的热情、培养学生具有强烈的责任感和使命感、形成乐观向上的人生态度放在首位。同时,还要培养学生感受、观察、体验、参与社会生活的能力,培养学生的创新能力和综合运用能力。以上目标达到之后,()知识的获得将是很自然的事。这就要求教师在活动设计的时候,注重学生的情感体验,让学生爱上这门课,产生强烈的学习动力和参与欲。在活动中,让学生自觉去获取知识。在生活中,让学生去巩固知识。

  聆听了特级教师的讲座,反思自己平时的课堂教学,需要学习与改进的地方实在是太多了。让我从自身出发,不断地反思和总结。自我实践,不断提升。向书本请教,听专家讲座,聆听名师的课堂,学习同伴的长处,这都是为自己的教育教学实践水平的提高作好准备。一切的学习都是为了自己的实践,为了教育好我们新世纪的接班人,否则皆为空谈。于是,在培训期间,我会用学到的东西来改进我的教育教学。特别是一些教育教学的方法让我在实践中体验到了成功的喜悦。

  通过参加小学语文培训会,使我对小学语文的新教材有了新的认识。我认为这次的培训开得非常的好,对我这个小学语文的老师有很好的指导作用,使得我在以后的教学有明确的目标,好的教学方法,更新颖的教学手段。在今后的日子里,我将不断地学习理论知识,用理论指导教学实践,研究和探索教育、教学规律,把科研和教学结合起来,做一个专家型、学者型的教师,使自己具有小学语文教学知识方面的前瞻性。

  汉语言所特有的表意特征,赋予了文字以缤纷的生命,对词句的咀嚼品味则是鉴赏文本的一把钥匙。如果没有了对词句的锤炼,没有了“吟安一个字,捻断数茎须”的执着探究精神,就会使我们的语文教学失去本该有的“语文味”。文学作品也好,应用文字也好,词句之于文本鉴赏,就如同咀嚼橄榄,越是咀嚼得细腻,回味也就越是香甜。而同样的文本,对于不同人来说,也会有着完全不同的体悟。所以,一个成功的语文教师,应该有着自己鲜明的教学个性。所以,我们要更加珍惜“海西培训”给我们创造的这个机会,与专家对话、与同行对话,在对话中反思,在对话中不断成长,努力寻找最利于自身发展的道路,形成自身鲜明的教学个性。

  1月29日下午,我们在向阳小学的学术报告厅里接受了“新课标下教师如何备课”的培训活动。这是放寒假的第四天,大家参与的热情都非常高。

  语文课如何备课?似乎是老生常谈,可细细追问起来,真得是不能说出子丑寅卯来。听了付老师的讲座,我一时还不能消化,把文字材料记载后又细细的阅读起来,认真的理解着。渐渐地,语文课如何备课在我的头脑中明晰起来。上好课的前提是备好课,而要备好课,不能光依赖于“教参”,要让学生学好一篇课文,教师先要反复研读课文,摸清课文的思路、抓住重点词语、弄清重点词语文教学心得体会范文语与所表达的思想感情,要分清段落,归纳出段意,捕捉文章的中心思想,在这方面,我作了如下归纳。

  一、设计好教学环节。

  我认为,在制定教学环节时,教师要像导演一样,精心设计出层次性清、操作性强、实效性高的引导学生自我实践的'课堂活动程序。要根据教材内容和学生实际,把握住教学必须突出的重点和需要解决的难点,围绕一个“读”字,做到以问促读语文教学心得体会、读必所思,以议细读、读能明理。把学生的自读、教师的范读、师生的齐读等形式有机地安排在初读、细读、精读等各个教学环节之中。要精心设计课堂设问,每次让学生读书时,都必须带着问题去读。杜绝“小和尚念经,有口无心”的读法。课堂设问要有思维的容量、思考的价值、恰当的深度,着眼点要放在文章的关键处、作者的精心构思处、事物的联系处、学生的不意处、情感的发展处以及内容的矛盾处。相信,如果能做到这些,将会是一节不错的课。而实际操作过程中,总有太多的不如意。有时明明是a想法,上课时却变成b法了。越是想上好,越容易出差错,不成熟,令我汗颜。

  二、创设良好的课堂气氛。
